  1. Cut the buns into small cubes soak them in milk. You need just enough milk that the buns can absorb.
  2. Sauté the finely diced onion (4-5 mins on 120C), grate the garlic in the meantime.
  3. Mix the minced meat onions, grated garlic, whisked eggs, spices with the buns.
  4. Form even-sized meat patties with wet hands and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Shallow fry (160C) in a skillet for around 5-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
