Chicken rolls wrapped in jamón serrano

  1. Cook the chicken breast in boiling water for 12 minutes, take it out, and then wait for it to cool down.
  2. Shred the chicken together with the coriander leaves in a food processor.
  3. Take a large bowl, and mix the chicken, coriander, ricotta, parmesan, egg and salt.
  4. Keep mixing until you get a homogeneous paste.
  5. Retrieve the slices of jamón serrano, spread the paste along the length, and then roll them up.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. When done, it is ready to serve.
