Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.

  2. Coat the raw chicken and marinate at least 1 hour (4+ hrs better).

  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high (160C)

  4. Cook chicken ~6 min per side, until browned and fully cooked.

  5. Rest 5 min, then slice or shred.

  6. Prep Veg & Sauce: Shred, grate, slice, or pickle your chosen vegetables.

  7. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  8. Assemble everything!
